WHO Global Survey on HTA and Benefit Packages

The Global Survey on HTA and Health Benefit Packages carried by WHO is out!

A unique regular collection of infinitely precious information that only the UN Global Health Leader could achieve, the survey yields invaluable findings to help decision makers and policy makers alike.

The survey, conducted under the co-ordination of Dr Andrew Mirelman from the HGF Department at WHO will present its findings on 16th December.

In 2020 and 2021, the WHO implemented the second round of its global survey on health technology assessment (HTA). The survey’s aim was to assess the status of HTA and related decision-making processes around the world as well as to provide an update to the global survey conducted in 2015.

This round of the survey also included a brand-new section to assess country health benefit packages for UHC, with detailed information about health benefit package characteristics and contents.

Do not miss the perspective shared by the authors of the survey and make sure you tune in!
